The Active Ice® 3.0 Couplings (#CM- Male, #CF-Female) are used to connect the therapy bladder to the cooling reservoir. The female coupling has a click tab to create a sealed-connection.

Details: After breaking a hose coupling, I called and ordered a new set which was shipped the same day and I received it the following day. Simple installation instructions are included in the online manual. Excellent service.
