Warranty

We manufacture high-quality products and we want to ensure your happiness! In the event of a manufacturing defect, we have the following warranties for our products:

Active Ice® Systems:

Polar Products Inc. warrants that its Active Ice® systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. This warranty covers the reservoir and the therapy pad for 12 months from the date of original purchase.

• Polar's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of any defective part(s) of the reservoir and/or therapy pad.

• If you encounter a problem with your Active Ice® System, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-763-8423 or email polar@polarproducts to inform us of the problem and obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA.)

• Polar’s Customer Service Department will determine the best way to fix the problem and advise you how to proceed.

• If product is to be returned, all returns are sent to: Polar Products, Inc. 3380 Cavalier Trail, Stow, OH 44224, ATTN: RGA#____. Please include your phone number and any relevant information. All warranty return postage will be paid by Polar.

CoolFlow® and CoolOR Systems:

Polar Products Inc. warrants that its CoolFlow® and CoolOR® systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. This warranty covers the reservoir and cooling vest for 12 months from the date of original purchase.

• Polar's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of any defective part(s) of the reservoir and/or cooling vest.

• If you encounter a problem with your Cool Flow® or CoolOR® System, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-763-8423 or email polar@polarproducts to inform us of the problem and obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA.)

• Polar’s Customer Service Department will determine the best way to fix the problem and advise you how to proceed.

Kool Max®, Cool58® and Cool Comfort® Body Cooling Systems:

One year warranty against any defects in materials and/or workmanship. We will repair or replace, at Polar’s sole discretion, within that timeframe. Contact us at 800-763-8423 or email polar@polarproducts.com.

Soft Ice® Wraps & Packs:

One year warranty against any defects in materials and/or workmanship. We will repair or replace, at Polar’s sole discretion, within that timeframe. Contact us at 800-763-8423 or email polar@polarproducts.com.
