Details: I bought this knee wrap. I have used this Polar system with the knee wrap before for past joint surgeries. This time I had a knee replacement. For the first 2 weeks after my replacement, I used this around the clock intermittently to reduce swelling and pain. At night I set it for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off all night.
