Details: I chose this product because of being able to use frozen water bottles. I have used it with bottles and with ice. It works well either way. Very convenient way to ice after surgery. thank you!

Details: My surgeons office recommended this icing product to help with the recovery period after shoulder surgery. I found it to be very helpful as I was instructed to ice 4-8 times per day . Customer service from this company was top notch , they are very responsive on the phone and via email .

Details: Post shoulder repair and this made a Hugh difference in the level of pain. This surgery was not done arthroscopically and the swelling caused a lot of pain. I would definitely recommend this.

Details: I purchased this product for myself for use after having rotator cuff surgery. I couldn't find the larger product online being I wear a xxl. I called POLAR PRODUCTS, they answered in 2 rings. The woman that answered was so helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she told me what to put in the search bar. She told me shipping was free, there's no sales tax (I'm in Michigan, they're in Ohio) and then she was so nice she gave me a discount code. What great customer service. The product itself is top notch. It's very simple to put together. There's no mess with this system and we can use it in the future. You can also purchase different attachments for other parts of the body. I have already mentioned this product to others and gave it a rave review.

Details: A true lifesaver!!! A suggestion for users. If using frozen water bottles. I adjusted how many frozen bottles to put in the cooler to help adjust temperature. You still need to make sure there is water up to the "Fill Line”. Just a suggestion!

Details: We bought this for my wife who had rotator cuff repair surgery. What a great product. It's super easy to set up and the timer allows it to cool on and off all night/day long. I had a little trouble trying to figure out how to buy what I needed, so I called them and their customer service was very helpful. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Details: Bought this for rehab on my shoulder after surgery. I couldn’t be more satisfied. It has allowed me to keep the inflammation down by running 20 min on and 20 off for long periods of time. Without constantly getting up to change ice packs. Six frozen water bottles lasts more than expected.

Details: I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery, and this mighty machine is a life saver. Only thing that could be improved is the quality of the Velcro, it doesn’t stick as well as it should. And, it could be shorter.
