Details: Years ago I had shoulder surgery and used a bag of peas. This time following a shoulder replacement I chose to use a Polar Ice system. It was easy to use, no mess or fuss, there when I needed it without any assistance. Worth every penny.

Details: I’ve been using the Polar Active 9-Quart system with the shoulder pad since my replacement surgery on November 14th. I just load the reservoir with 6 frozen bottles of water, and regulate the flow the wireless remote. This is truly a well engineered system!

Details: Pain saver. Easy to use. Reduced swelling quickly. Dr wanted an outrageous amount to rent. Now I own one for half the cost of renting. I’m still in recovery phase, but I can see that I will also use during therapy. Frozen water bottles being rotated is the key.

Details: I bought this ice machine for post shoulder surgery and it works like a champ. I purchased a different one earlier this year that was cheaper and the pump stopped working. I recommend this to anyone having surgery. You should also get the remote control to go with it, it allows you to set times for on and off so you don't have to guess at how long sessions.

Details: This machine saved me during post rotator cuff surgery and recovery. The machine pumps ice cold through the pad for hours and really relieves the pain from surgery or post PT. It's lightweight, keeps water cold for hours and allows you to set a timer for turning on and off. Read reviews about it, was skeptical with the price, but it was 100% worth every penny. If you're getting surgery, I HIGH recommend getting this for your recovery.

Details: Purchased for cold therapy for shoulder replacement surgery. This machine works very well. The frozen water bottles make it very easy to use and the timer puts it on the top of all cold therapy products. I would purchase this product again!!! Shoulder pad is well built and fits extremely well. Just very good quality! I use it in my car also for travel. Fits right behind the front seat.

Details: I had 2 shoulder surgeries coming up and I happened to come across this product. Read the other reviews and watched the videos and everything that I read and watched was just as described. The system is so quiet and really easy to operate. I do recommend if you’re considering purchasing it buy the remote, it turns on and off and cycles your cooling regime so you can just relax and heal. One less thing to think about. I used it for one surgery and will use it again once I totally heal from the first one! It may seem pricey, as I did but you will appreciate its functionality. So happy I purchased it!
