1. SNUG, COMFORTABLE FIT
The outer shell of the fashion vest is constructed of 97% cotton and 3% spandex for a touch of stretch. Available in seven sizes to ensure a perfect fit.

2. FASHIONABLE AND DISCREET

The cooling vest is easy to put on and festive with gold reindeer buttons. The clean design has no logos or visible pack pockets. Wear the vest over clothing or discreetly underneath.

3. DELUXE FABRIC
The cooling vest shell is constructed of durable and machine washable 97% cotton and 3% spandex. The lightweight fabric is breathable and looks fantastic! 

4. KOOL MAX® COOLING PACKS
Kool Max® frozen water-based cooling packs require access to a freezer and offer the highest level of cooling energy. These reusable packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 3-4 hours. It takes more energy to charge these packs in a freezer and in return, the packs offer greater cooling energy than Cool58® cooling packs. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.) The different vest sizes include eight (8) to ten (10) 4.5" x 6" packs. See the size chart for more information.

5. INSULATED PACK POCKETS
Packs fit into insulated pockets inside the cooling vest. The pockets are lined to protect the skin with insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body. Temperature may also be adjusted for comfort by increasing or decreasing the number of clothing layers beneath the vest or the number of packs used.

6. VARIABLE WEIGHT
Weight may be adjusted by varying the number of cooling packs used. Need a lighter weight vest? You don't have to use all of the packs! The use of separate, individual packs allows the number of cooling packs used to be customized for each person's preference and size. Some people find that using just packs down the spine works well, resulting in a vest that weighs just 2 lbs.! Others prefer all of the packs. Our design allows many options!

7. PATENT PENDING SPINAL COOLING
Pack pockets are placed strategically down the spine for optimal cooling. (Patent pending design!) The location of desired cooling is easily controlled by which pack pockets are used.

  • Works in any climate - extreme heat and humidity are no problem! The cooling performance is not impacted by humidity or outside temperature.

Two Cool58 4.5 x 6 inch phase change cooling packsHow do Cool58® phase change cooling packs work? 

  • Cool58® cooling packs freeze solid at a moderate and comfortable temperature of 58° Fahrenheit (14.4° Celsius), so they can be frozen in a freezer, refrigerator, or even a bucket of ice water. 
  • Once activated, these reusable packs deliver comfortable cooling for up to 2-3 hours. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.)
  • Packs are non-toxic and non-flammable.
  • Packs do not require a freezer! Packs can simply be submerged in ice water or placed in a refrigerator or freezer to activate. Easy to use - packs can be activated by simply submerging the packs into ice water for up to 20 minutes when access to freezers is not available.
  • Works in any climate - extreme heat and humidity are no problem! The cooling performance is not impacted by humidity or outside temperature.

How to find your size: 

This vest is adjustable at the shoulders, chest and waist. Therefore, it will fit a large range of sizes. These measurements may help determine the best size for you.
  • To measure the chest and waist circumference: First, wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest and under your armpits, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. This determines your chest measurement. Then wrap a measuring tape around your natural waistline (usually across your belly button), making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. See where the larger of the two measurements fall on the size chart. Please note: If you think you are in between two sizes, order the next size up to accommodate the cooling packs. 
  • To measure the vest length: Hold the tape measure at the highest point of your shoulder. Look straight ahead and pull it down to your natural waist. Mark this measurement on the tape measure with your thumb. Please note: When in doubt, order the next size up to accommodate the cooling packs and to prevent the vest from looking too short. 
  • Please note: the weight range is simply a guide; there are many exceptions for different body types.

Details: I have a cool vest that has 5 pockets in the front and five in the back. When I wear my Santa outfit, I wear my cool vest under it. I use the 4.5 x 6 Kool Max packs. I have three sets of these so every four hours I can change them out. I stay cool and comfortable with these. Love the Kool Max packs.

Details: Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the Santa Fashion Cooling Vest. It's definitely one of the best purchases I've EVER made. Usually when I play Santa, I can wring my shirt out afterwards. This weekend, I could wear the same shirt out to eat afterwards.
