Details: I just had carpal tunnel surgery and this ice pack is the only thing saving me right now. The wrap is also nice because it holds the pack in place so I can move my arm easily, and it allows me to keep my hand above my heart when lying down (per my doctor’s instructions). I only took my pain medication the first day as a precaution. Didn't need it after that! It's also helped reduced the swelling immensely. This product is a lifesaver!

Details: Our daughter is ten years old and competes Level 8 gymnastics. She trains 5 days a week and has inflammation in her wrists. The Soft Ice Wrist Wrap allows her to ice her wrists while in the car on the way to practice and on the way home. She is able to eat a snack, do some homework, etc. while wearing the Wrist Wrap and more importantly, she never complains about having to "ice" her wrists. The Soft Ice remains very cold. Thank you for this wonderful product.
