Details: A cooling vest with Velcro for an outdoors worker if not helpful. The Velcro ends hang lose and just doesn't look snuggley fit as the pictures from the web site. Was very pricey

We use Velcro® adjustment straps on the shoulders, chest and waist of our vests to ensure that the user can easily make the vest fit snug to his or her body. If the vest isn't fitting snug, perhaps you need a different size? We would be happy to exchange the vest for a better fit. There is also Velcro® on both sides of the strap, so any excess should not be loose. If that isn't the case please contact us at 1-800-763-8423 and we will make it right. Details: This is our second vest. My son has seizures when he gets overheated. This product has helped him stay cool and be able to enjoy summer again. Thank you for such a great product.

Details: Wonderful service and product was great! After ordering on-line, company didn't have my specified color. However, they were nice enough to call, leave a msg asking if I would like the alternate color (which was fine). I wasn't home at the time. When I did call they had already shipped the vest in the available color, in order that I would receive it the next day. The girl said they figured if I wanted it overnighted, then it was probably urgent that I get it as quick as possible, which I did, as my daughter was having heat-related flare-up with her MS. I loved this personal service, and the fact that when I called a live person answered the phone, and gave personal service. How refreshing, and rare, is that!!! Thank you, Polar Products.
