Details: I own the Polar Active Ice 3.0 system which has helped tremendously with injuries over the years. I had a shoulder surgery and ordered the heat wrap along with the shoulder implement for the Active Ice system. I just used the Moist Heat Shoulder Wrap for the first time about 1.5 weeks after my surgery (the Active Ice was used during the first 1.5 weeks) and WOW my shoulder feels positively amazing. The heat was gentle, yet penetrative, and significantly improved my pain and joint mobility. I love Polar Products and will buy more when I need them.
