Details: Buying a tee and 2 hip compression wrap allowed me to stay ahead of my icing. I recommend using power level 3 as with so much surface area your body gets cold.

Details: I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon and recently got this product to treat my post-op knee replacement patients. It's great: the patients and my nurses love the simplicity and ease of use. It really helps with the icing after surgery
