Details: It keeps me cool. I've tried alot of things. Since I've been diagnosed with ms I have hot and cold flashes. And when I get get hit I throw on the vest and feel cooler in mintues. I recommend these products to anyone.

Details: This vest is a life-saver. It's light enough that I can wear it under my shirt and stay cool without looking like I work for the SWAT team or something. I have Myasthenia Gravis, and heat just wilts me, so having something I can wear outdoors to keep me cool is important. The fit is a bit awkward, I suppose because it is unisex - styled, but that's the only issue I had with it, and I was able to make it work ok.

Details: I bought this for work. I work in an aquatic center and my uniform shirt is 100% polyester. Since it''s started hitting the 60s outside, I''ve been miserable (I have dysautonomia). This vest does a good job of keeping me cooler. I also like that i can wear it my undershirt and work polo and no one can tell it''s there. The way the vest is made is a little off though. It almost has an A-line shape to it. I can''t velcro the bottom-most part close to my body because when i sit down it comes undone. I might still need to get something to cool the back of my neck, though.

Details: The sizing is a bit odd. I'm a large-chested gal, however, the LARGE is slightly too big for me. It works really well if I'm stationary, however, when I'm running, it doesn't seem to do much. I may need to get one specifically for working out and just use this one for trips when I can't be extremely active. It's a great product and I am happy with it. May end up giving this one to my hubby and getting a different one for myself. :)
