Details: Our 4 year old daughter is affected with Lamellar Ichthyosis and cannot sweat, so this product is literally a life saver for us. The fit of the vest can be adjusted, so I hope this vest will last several years. The ice packs take very little time to charge, and they stay cool for up to several hours depending on the temperature. We ordered an extra set of ice packs to keep in a cooler when we know that we will be outside without relief for an extended period of time. So far we are very pleased with this vest!
