Details: I have MS and in live in these neck tie cooler packs during the summer. I wore my previous packs out and had to order more. I received them and one was damaged. It appears that the seam just didn't seal properly. I contacted Polar Products and they replaced the packs immediately. You ROCK! Thank you so much.

Details: We have a 1927 Ford Roadster that we love to travel in. Without air conditioning it has become a problem. To solve this problem we decided to try the cool vest along with the neck cooling products. We have given the products a good test in our Hot Humid Texas weather with great success. With limited room this seemed to be the only solution.
