Details: Have only used this several times thus far, but it seems to work just fine. I use frozen water bottles and the Hip Pad attachment. Water bottles do not stay frozen as long as I had hoped but this is likely a product of the size of the hip pad and body heat transfer. Other than that, I am very pleased. Wireless controller is super convenient!

Details: Great pain relief after my Hip replacement! The ability to routinely apply ice makes a big difference in swelling, pain and speed of recovery both immediately after surgery and during PT. If that weren't enough, the ability to fill with frozen water bottles and use 8+ hours is amazing! Your caregiver (spouse?) will be doing so much to help already... minimizing runs for a new ice pack is critical for the relationship.

Details: I purchased the Polar Active Ice 3.0 to help with my daughters recovery from hip surgery. It has been so helpful and comforting to her. I definitely recommend this product.
