Details: I love this active ice 3.0 targeted shoulder therapy pad setup. It is very good for targeting specific shoulder location. I also purchased the knee and back compression wraps to use with the universal pad this comes with so 3 in 1 is great!

Details: We own the Polar Active Ice machine with a knee pad. It was crucial for my wife to recover from knee reconstructive surgery. She now has to deal with her shoulder rotator injury. She had to use cumbersome ice bags and balance them on her shoulder. I bought a Shoulder Therapy Pad as I knew it would be a better solution and it was. It is relatively easy to put on and it connected to our older machine with no issues. These pads are great and simplify the cold therapy healing process. My only complaint with this pad is the under-arm strap. It sticks extremely well, which is good, but it also sticks to clothing and furniture. My wife had to wrap a non-stick cloth the the portion of the strap that didn't attach to the pad to prevent getting stuck on sweaters, shirts, blankets, etc. Although this strap does it's job, it may need some material to prevent sticking to everything else. The shoulder strap is ok.
