Details: This larger reservoir allows enough frozen bottles to let you sleep for 8 hours. I spent the first week with the smaller machine the hospital provided and had to set an alarm for 2AM. Sleeping through the night was worth the price. After using the large rectangular pad I purchased the knee pad, and find it more comfortable to sleep with. The Polar customer service is great. I needed a longer velcro strap and they willingly provided it. Be sure to ask for the add on plastic support for the pad/hose connection. It stops the hose from kinking.

Details: I bought this before my knee replacement. It helped me through a couple of nights of only Tylenol. It really shone after I got home. The timer, the ability to adjust temp and time, the portability, and the accessories available all add up to a superior product. It certainly has done the job. My spouse even used it a few times to ice his shoulder that was bothering him. I have heartily recommended Polar Products!

Details: This thing is amazing! Works perfectly and delivers the water cold and evenly through the wrap. I’m a big guy, so the full wrap was a better choice for fitment. All of the nurses at the hospital were quite impressed with the whole setup. The wheels and long hoses are of particular concern interest to them.

Details: Far surpasses my hopes, for sure. It is super easy to setup and use. Yes, there's a little learning curve at the front end I had one of my friends come over and we unpacked and set up together. 24 16.9oz bottles (12 in cooler 12 in freezer to swap out) I use distilled water only in it (that's just me figured it can only help preserve it's life). YES! It's great.

Details: I ordered this icing machine for my knee after replacement surgery. I purchase an extra hose to cover the distance needed to reach where I would be in bed. FedEx lost the box and Polar sent another icing system for next day delivery along with a return label in case the first one arrived. The second machine arrived the next day and worked well accept the extra hose was not consistently fitting correctly. When the lost machine did finally arrive, they told me to take the extra hose from the second machine and anything else (I could not find the instructions at the time I spoke to them, but was able to locate them later) I might need from the items in the first (lost) box. They were so helpful with any questions I had, before and after purchase, and were very accommodating.

Details: The full circumference knee compression pad is working out great for me after having full knee replacement 10 days ago. It is definitely helping a lot with bringing down the swelling. I bought direct through Polar Products instead of Amazon and I am glad I did because I ordered the extra length tubing and cords and it makes it a lot easier to have the extra lengths. I have been putting in 5 20oz frozen water bottles and if I put them in at bedtime I am good the entire night and swap them out in the morning to be good the entire day to the next night swap out. I can't say enough good things about this product and wouldn't want to be going through this recovery without it!
