Details: I tried one of the ready-made vests, another brand, but it didn't fit. It was way too big because it's made one size for everyone. It was heavy far more than what I needed. I had to hunt a lot to find this company that sells the little packs. I just made a simple little cloth thing to tie around my waist under my clothes and it does the job. I like that it's not ice cold so actually I even leave it on when I'm visiting in another building and then I'm ready to walk home in the heat. This became a much cheaper answer for me and much better because it fits my body. I would highly recommend this product.

Details: Product works as advertised, happy with that. It would be nice if they lasted a little longer. Maybe make the packs a little thicker to stay frozen longer.
