Details: These hat inserts really surprised me! You soak them in water to activate them. The more you soak, the bigger they get or you can leave them thinner. You can soak them in ice water or put them in the fridge or the freezer, depending on how much cooling you're looking for. They even feel cool when I've left them at room temperature for hours.

Details: This is the best product for outside activities. I ride my horse in the Texas heat and humidity. WHAT A DIFFERENCE THIS VEST MAKES!!!!!! I am so much more comfortable. The new cooler packs are fantastic. I bought the blue vest but the arena dirt was not easy to get out. So I use it to walk my dog. I purchased the tan one for riding - much better. I highly recommend this vest. I am so glad I have 2 vests.

Details: Recently had to begin wearing hats, but have chronic hot-head-sweating. I purchase this to help keep me cool and it works quite well for about 2 hours. Just need to re-soak or put in fridge for a little while and good to wear again. Liked it so much I ordered 2 more.
