Details: I use 7 in my vest to keep me cool while I entertain the families. It is usually hot So these little treasures from the North keep me in the game.

Details: I have multiple sclerosis and suffer from heat exhaustion/intolerance etc.. the Polar products were gifted to me by a MS society in my town. On hot days which happen in CT more often than u think. These polar products are hands down life savers. I am able to enjoy my 3 children's events and not be completely wiped out. Quality of life and living my most is my desire. Polar products help me so much I can't appreciate them enough for building products that help us disabled folk be our best. Cheers Polar!!!

Details: My wife has MS and we use cooling vests to help her cope with summer heat and still enjoy life. The Polar Product cool vest is by far the best and last the longest, so we've invested in two extra sets of cool pack. With three sets of cool pack my wife can go 24 hours with available body cooling. Given the availability of a freezer (such as on vacation) my wife has cooling indefinitely because the Polar Product cool packs freeze in less time than it takes for a set to thaw. Look no further for body cooling products. You've found the best.

Details: Thankfully I do not suffer from MS. I use it to keep me cool during my appearances as Father Christmas. The waistcoat and gel packs work perfectly. Unfortunately I have been a bit heavy handed and managed to puncture some of my gel packs. I ordered some replacements from Polar Products in the USA and 3 days later they were delivered. Absolutely first class service.

Details: I have a cool vest that has 5 pockets in the front and five in the back. When I wear my Santa outfit I wear my cool vest under it. I use the 4.5 x 6 Kool Max packs. I have three sets of these so every four hours I can change them out. I stay cool and comfortable with these. Love the Kool Max packs.

Details: I ordered replacement ice packs for my cooling vest and they came within three days. I had asked that they expedite the delivery since we were going away, but the representative said I didn't need to do that, and she was right!

Details: I purchased a Polar jacket with cooling packs and I have never regretted it. Then I bought additional cooling packs, freezer container and bag. I can now go almost 5 hours on the worst days. As I age the heat becomes more oppressive and these are a lifesaver.

Details: I've been using cooling products for years because of MS and heat sensitivity. I'm so glad I discovered Polar Products. These ice packs stay cold for over 5 hours, don't become as hard and stiff as other brands do and thus remain comfortable, and it doesn't take very long for them to become cold again when placed back in the freezer. In addition, the customer service is terrific. They respond to questions and emails within 24 hours, often within 12. I will never use another brand again.

Details: I like these - they stay very cold, even more so than do other types of ice/gel packs, imo - good in coolers or as cooling agents (like in the Polar Products vests).
