The Comforting Design

Constructed of soft fleece on the side nearest the skin and an insulated multi-ply fabric with vapor barrier on the outside to direct the moisture and heat toward the body.
The wrap will stay in place while allowing freedom of movement.

Professional quality wraps use therapeutic, non-organic beads that collect and hold moisture from humidity in the air. No water needs to be added!
The therapeutic mineral beads will never break down, decay, or develop an odor.

Directions

Fold the wrap so the white fleece side is inside the fold with the black side out. Place in a clean microwave, alone, for the recommended time period on the tag.
Remove from the microwave and test for temperature - if the wrap is too hot, allow it to cool before using. If it is not hot enough, refold and put back in the microwave for an additional 10 seconds. Retest.
Position wrap around the desired body part and secure with hook attachment tab closure.

Please Note: Doctors typically recommend the application of cold or heat therapy not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Allow 20 minutes between applications.

Details: I've used the neck moist heat wrap for years... bought a second one for travel. I love them so much that I choose my hotels based on having a microwave to heat my neck wrap. It's relaxing and comforting as I go to sleep. So, when I had a back injury and needed moist heat... I knew where to go. These things last for years and years and are so therapeutic. One suggestion to Polar: I would add a second strap for this product. I had one from my neck wrap and using both made this stay in place better... More details

Details: I have just purchased my 2nd wrap in over 15 years. And, my 1st one still has miles to go on it. This is the best moist heat wrap to be found. The size is wonderful and hard to find. If you are looking for a good made product to last, Polar is the place to make that purchase.

Details: My husband and I began using Thera-temp® Moist Heat Wraps due to pains in our joints caused by arthritis, poor circulation, and sciatic nerve conditions. I first purchased Polar's 9" x 18" moist heat pack with an elastic, Velcro ready belt. I find this product to be effective at providing relief for my husband and I. These Polar Moist Heat wraps are superior to heating pads in providing relief.
