Details: Good for ankle sprains to migraines and everything in between. No worries about cold injury just a towel or cloth over the skin will do. Also has automatic on and off time, so you can set it to automatically follow the doctor’s instructions, while you read a book, watch a movie, or sleep. It stays cold all night or all day.

Details: I purchased the Polar Active Ice unit back in May of this year for knee replacement surgery. This was recommended to me by several friends who have had surgeries in the past. They said it would save me time healing and decrease the pain substantially. I chose this product over others because of the good reviews and the attached timer. This timer made it so convenient and allowed me to nap without having to keep track of the time. I will be using the unit again this week for a hip replacement and I have complete confidence this will help make the surgery just as successful as with the knee.

Details: I cannot say enough good things about the Polar cold therapy system, which dramatically helped me recover from shoulder replacement surgery. Easy to use (esp. w/ frozen water bottles in the container's water) and sturdy. Highly recommended. Other brands may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for, and this system is just outstanding!

Details: We have had a Polar Cooler since the mid 90's. It is the best investment we ever made, we are currently on our second one. The process of placing a constantly flowing ice cold water is the best therapy. There is no more putting ice packs in the freezer and having them get warm. Constant Cold is so key. We actually take ours on Road Trips. We just returned from a week on the road. My wife is having double knee replacement next month and we are looking to upgrade.

Details: I have 3 different attachments for our 2 Polar ice machines. Yes I have two! The knee, back and foot cooling pads are so interchangeable. My wife loves having both machines for her knees. I use the polar ice machine for my foot and lower back. What a wonderful invention... aahh!

Details: Great product. Don’t forget—Polar fans—you can connect your cooler to a variety of pads. So (e.g.) if you use it for your knee, you can buy another pad for your husband’s back! Ice on!
