Details: So far I've only tried this by leaving it in a bowl of ice water for about 15-20 minutes. It doesn't seem to get too cold, and it feels like my body temp quickly makes it kind of lukewarm. BUT! I do think it helps! I don't have as severe swings in body temp while I exercise. Circumstances that would turn me into a noodle (hot, stuffy room, heavy exertion) turn out to be fine with this. I refresh it with cold tap water halfway through class.
