CoolOR® 19 Quart System Overview

1. Cooling Vests

Your choice of our two different styles of circulating water cooling vests in any size. These vests can be personalized with the hospital or surgeon's name embroidered on the vest!

Adjustable Vest (CFA) in S/M, M/L, L/XL, XL/2XL & 2XL/3XL

Fitted Vest (CFF) in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL & 4XL

2. Water-Tight Cooling Reservoir

The CoolOR® System utilizes a water-tight cooling reservoir that features a neoprene gasket seal, high density insulation and stainless steel compression latches. This reservoir will not leak water or ice if knocked over, which will ensure the floor of your operating room remains dry.

The 19 Quart Cooling Reservoir will work for many hours. 13 Quart and 30 Quart reservoirs are also available.

3. 12 Volt Power Supply

12 Volt Transformer / Power Supply (#TG) includes a 12 Volt, 3 Amp Transformer, and AC/DC Adapter.

4. Insulated Water Lines

The system comes standard with eight feet of detachable, insulated tubing that connects the vest to the reservoir. Additional Four or Eight Foot Insulated Tubing Extensions are available. System includes drain accessory.

5. Professional Quality, High Flow, Dry, Quick Disconnect Couplings

Our quick disconnect couplings allow for a high flow of water which will provide better cooling. These dry couplings will not leak when disconnected and allow freedom of movement as needed by quickly detaching the vest from the reservoir.

6. Integrated Wheels & Retractable Handle

The system comes standard with integrated wheels and retractable handle for easy mobility of the cooling reservoir.

7. Optional Wheeled Cart

We also offer the option to upgrade to a wheeled basket cart that you can get instead of the wheels and retractable handle. This cart includes space for hanging the vest and storing the cooling reservoir and tubing when not in use.

Polar Products CoolOR® circulating water vests fit your surgeons' needs.

Over 50 feet of high flow cooling water lines are sewn into the interior of the vests for maximum effectiveness. These lightweight vests weigh just 16 oz. with water in the lines. And both have a unisex design with a clean, neat appearance. They may be worn under clothing or on top, under lead aprons, air filtration suits, or any other gown. Both can be worn standing or sitting, and with the dry, quick disconnect couplings, you have the freedom to move as desired.

CoolOR® Adjustable Cooling Vest (#CFA)


The CoolOR® Adjustable Cooling Vest is a lightweight vest with adjustable straps at the chest and waist. The straps can be used to customize the fit either for individuals or use by multiple people. The vest is available in dark blue and our choice of fabric: 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex blend or 100% 2-ply soft, breathable, easy-clean Nylon ($45 Upcharge).

  • To initiate the FREE 45 day trial, we will need both the no charge PO and the completed trial form.
  • We require a hard copy of the no charge PO to be sent via e-mail or fax.
  • We will send out a brand new vest and system for the trial.
  • At the conclusion of the trial: If you decide to keep the system, we will bill you for it. If you decide to return the system, it must be returned as soon as possible at your cost. There will be no charges from Polar Products.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to provide performance feedback within 45 days of receipt of this system, unless a special request is submitted in writing to Polar Products to extend this time if needed. I agree to either authorize payment for this system at or before the end of the 45 day period or return the system to Polar at my cost. If the product is damaged or lost while in my possession for the trial period, the trialing facility will be responsible for the cost of the product. I understand that failure to comply with these conditions will result in the automatic billing for the system at 60 days on the submitted purchase order and payment will be due immediately.

Polar Products Inc. warrants that this product is free from defects in workmanship, materials and fitness for use for 12 months from initial purchase under normal use for which it was intended. Polar's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of any defective part(s) of this product.
