Details: Amazing product, I tend to forget to keep up with icing. This takes all the guesswork out and makes it simple. Cooler keeps ice all day too. So glad my Dr. Recommended. Service at Polar Products is great too, initially ordered the wrong attachments and they quickly fixed things for me (on a weekend nonetheless! ).

Details: The Polar Ice Machine has saved me! I thought I was going into surgery for a simple shoulder ‘clean-up’. Instead, I had a Labrum, Biceps, and Rotator Cuff Repair. On top of that, I couldn’t take the narcotics. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it without my Polar Ice. The machine was easy to hook-up, and worked flawlessly. The off/on timer is a Godsend, and their Customer Service was excellent. This was without a doubt, the best money we’ve ever spent. If you’re having surgery, or just need ice for pain, and/or swelling,….look no further, this is the company, and machine you want to use.

Details: The therapy system is essential for shoulder surgery rehab, and the frozen water bottles are SO easy to deal with. The customer service from these guys is spot on! My order was acknowledged and sent out right away and they kept me up to date on shipping progress. Well done!
