Details: The rectangular shape is great. It allows me to position the pad specifically around the knee or lengthwise to cover the thigh and knee to prevent swelling.

Details: I used this cold wrap when recovering from total knee replacement. It is wonderful at providing cooling to the entire circumference around the knee, and the system provides long lasting cooling. It is easy to use, and I recommend this system.

Details: Purchased the 3.0 Cold Therapy system and then the full knee wrap from recently having a total knee replacement surgery, and this therapy system was truly a game-changer during my recovery. It kept the swelling and pain under control far better than ice packs ever could. The continuous cold flow felt soothing and consistent, and it made a huge difference in how quickly I could get back on my feet. Highly recommend using the frozen water bottles inside the cooler

Details: I believe that I wrote a review of the system already. We purchased this extra rectangle pad on the recommendation of a YouTube PT. She said the pad that comes with the system is good but does go completely around the knee. This pad has been working perfectly.

Details: This is the best cold therapy device that I have ever used. The convenience of using frozen water bottles rather than ice is beyond nice and the therapy pad completely surrounds the knee.
