Details: I purchased this product for use after my total knee replacement and it was totally worth it. Very convenient and the water stood cold for a long time. I used the frozen water bottle method as suggested and it worked perfectly. Definitely worth buying. I reordered an extra knee pad and received it within 2 days. Excellent customer service!

Details: I decided to purchase the product directly from the Polar Products website. Ordering was easy on their site. I ordered the product around 10 pm and it shipped the following day. I was pleasantly surprised that that the product arrived in 2 days. All components were included excatly as I had ordered. There was a sticker on the box with all parts checked off, likely a guide to the packing and shipping department to ensure that orders are correct. I have used the system and very pleased with the performance. It was easy to set up, easy to operate and provides excellent cooling. I decided to order the large wrap rather than a knee wrap so I can get good coverage around the knee. It works great during initial use. I would highly recommend purchasing directly from Polar Products.

Details: Product works as advertised and is extremely useful and affordable. I use the more expensive one at physical therapy and the polar product at home. The polar machine works incredibly well given the price difference and I would recommend anyone looking for a personal cold therapy machine to get one.

Details: The system arrived quickly and was easy to set up. We have been using 3 sets of 5 frozen water bottles and that works well for us. Being able to adjust the level of coldness has been very useful: we have set it at 2 and that is plenty cold for us. The wireless remote is extremely useful. We set the system at 20 minutes on and 20 minutes on and it runs automatically. The tubing is flexible and seems very durable. The system really helps with swelling and pain reduction. Customer service responsiveness to any email we have sent has been outstanding.

Details: I have used the polar ice system 4 to 5 times a day for two weeks now since my knee surgery. I have the large pad and use an ace bandage to tighten it up. The system has worked well for me and I would recommend it.

Details: I have used this product for a week now since my knee replacement surgery. Typically, I ice four or five times a day and found that the water stays cold for about eight hours before the bottles need to be changed. overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and recommended it.

Details: Knee surgery in 3 days. Icing with this product ahead to reduce swelling. Using just 4 frozen bottles provided excellent icing. I LOVE the programmable on - off feature the most. I find the machine tubing cumbersome BUT machine is effective.

Details: I was able with use of the timer to keep the pad on my knee all night-circulated water for 10 min. then 20 min. off. Kept cold all night. No condensation on skin. Very quiet with pump runnning. Pad went around entire knee. Velcro straps stay tight. Great product.
