Details: I had extensive surgery on my nose. I was leery to buy it because I didn’t see many reviews for the face mask. Anyways, I went ahead and purchased it in case I experienced a lot of swelling. I almost returned it because I thought the swelling wasn’t "too bad” and I could just use regular ice packs. My husband insisted I keep it and use it. I cannot convey how much this has been a game changer in how quickly I have healed and my comfort level! I would give this my highest recommendation! This would also be fantastic for kids with wisdoms teeth surgery. In addition, as my husband and I age and have other aches and pains I can add other pads ongoing with our needs. I just bought the elbow accessory for his tennis elbow. The communication with the company was also outstanding!
