Details: I needed the Active ice timer extension cord for my Active ice setup. It worked like a charm!

Details: After having my knee replaced having my Polar Product was a godsend. My husband put it on for 20 minutes and off for 20 which helped keep the swelling down in my knee. If you can only buy one product, buy this Polar Product system which will keep you comfortable and your knee happy during your recovery. Just make sure all of your knee is wrapped with a towel or pillow case before putting on Active Ice Polar machine wrapped around your knee. Otherwise you could freeze your knee from the cold. Love Polar knee products!

Details: I purchased the Polar Active Ice 3.0 in preparation for shoulder surgery. One thing it was missing was the ability to extend the remote cord to make it easier to use post operation. This fit the bill! Would highly recommend both the cold therapy system and the extension cord. You will recover from surgery much faster and it is a tremendous help post physical therapy.

I purchased the timer extension cord to use with my Polar Active Ice cryotherapy machine. Even though it is not necessary for your cryotherapy system to work, it is very handy to have the ability to move the system around, depending on where you are sitting at the time and still be able to reach the timer.

Details: Technically, this review is about leaking extension tubes, and not the cord. Bottom line, I had issues with 2 leaking extension tubes. Polar reached out to me and made it more than right. I kept contact with Bill and Denise of polar, as I had a couple orders in the works and was in a serious rush as my Donjoy machine failed. I ordered the Polar active ice with extension tubes. I only wish my employees understood what true customer service means. Because of these 2 individuals, I am a client for life. (Besides, their active ice machine kicks the snot out of the competition. I bought the 15 quart which last all night and allowed my wife to sleep.
