Details: I bought this Polar cooling neck wrap to keep cool when I play tennis in the hot, humid Florida weather. It works well, but the wrap does not stay cool as long as Polar advertises. I generally play tennis for two hours, and I hoped the two cooling packs together would last that long. Both together they lasted 1 to 1-1/2 hour. I notified Polar about my disappointment, and they graciously send me an additional cooling pack at no cost. This helped, another now I can play 2 hours and keep my neck cool.

Details: We've bought two vests and neck wraps for summer day trips. We recommend these vests for anyone with MS.
