Details: We purchased this product because my husband was having a knee replacement. It has been a godsend, so easy to use and the wrap stays cold for a long time. The timer makes it very simple as it goes on and off at a specific time. This eliminates switching out ice wraps every hour or so. Just fill with frozen water bottles and it lasts 12 hours or so. It has made all the difference in his recovery being able to ice so easily.

It's easy to use and reliable of course it helps relieve the swelling, but also helps manage the pain from PT required walking. Details: I've been using this for 5 days now after knee surgery. I like it so much more than ice. Much more convenient! I found that placing frozen water bottles inside just doesn't chill the water as much as dumping good-old ice in there. I did then top it off with a few bottles of frozen water to help keep it colder, longer, and it seems to helps. I really like the auto-on & off function. I actually look forward to using it!

I got the Full Circumference Knee pad for therapy on a total knee replacement I had and find it doesn’t conform well around the joint. Looks like the Knee, Ankle, Elbow and Joint pad might do a better job making contact around the varied surfaces. Overall very pleased with the system.
