Also has automatic on and off time, so you can set it to automatically follow the doctor’s instructions, while you read a book, watch a movie, or sleep. It stays cold all night or all day.

Details: We have had a Polar Cooler since the mid 90's. It is the best investment we ever made, we are currently on our second one. The process of placing a constantly flowing ice cold water is the best therapy. There is no more putting ice packs in the freezer and having them get warm. Constant Cold is so key. We actually take ours on Road Trips. We just returned from a week on the road. My wife is having double knee replacement next month and we are looking to upgrade.
