Details: This extension makes it so much easier to get unattached from the machine especially if it is your dominant shoulder that had surgery. For me a wonderful addition.

Details: Received the 1st tube one day turnaround but it had an issue. Called the company after their pick up time and the replacement was sent the very next day so it was another one day turnaround to get it. Company very responsive.
