The Polar Surgeon's Cooling Vest System Trial includes:
Comfortable light weight vest with 3 different designs to choose from
15 quart wheeled cooler with retractable handle
9 foot long insulated water lines
High flow, dry, quick disconnect couplings
Water temperature control and on/off switch
Grounded UL approved transformer
Free Trial Conditions:
We will allow 30 days from the date of shipment forthe
trial
The free trial will initiate with a no charge order from the hospital, clinic
or surgeon. The order must include choice of vest, vest size information,
shipping and billing information and contact information.
At the end of the 30 days, if the surgeon & hospital decide keep the
system,Polar will send an invoice based on the original PO (or a new PO if
preferred).
We will work with your system requirements if the above needs to be
