Soft Ice® Private Label Hot/Cold Packs

Our popular and cost-effective Private Label Program works very smoothly and efficiently when a few simple guidelines are followed.

Order Requirements:

• Minimum order quantity of 48 packs.
• We can do orders of multiple pack sizes; there is a minimum quantity of 24 packs of each size. (There is a $10 fee for multiple sizes.) Please note: an order with multiple pack sizes will take longer to deliver according to the factorys production schedule.
• There is a one-time set-up charge of $30 for designing a new Private Label. (There is no charge for future changes to the label.)
• Labels can be designed with only text or with one of our stock logos.
• The label can be printed with your custom logo. If you have a custom logo you wish to use, it must be saved as a JPG or BMP file. Please note: Logo must be in black & white only, with no colors or shades of gray.

Label Size and Placement:

• The printed label size is approximately 2 x 3 for any pack size
• The labels are automatically printed in the upper left-hand corner of the packs. If you wish to have a different label orientation (ex: centered), it must be noted on every reorder.
