Free Trial of the Cool Flow® System includes:
Comfortable, lightweight vest of your choice, each with built-in insulated water lines
Fifteen (15) quart wheeled cooler with retractable handle
Nine (9) feet of insulated water lines from the cooler (or four (4) if preferred)
High-flow, dry, quick disconnect couplings allow for freedom of movement
Water temperature control
UL-Approved AC power adapter with cord (optional battery pack available)
Hook and loop tabs on each side of cooler keep water lines in place for easy storage
Auto-drain accessory allows water to be pumped from cooler to a sink drain without lifting the cooler; attaches to lid when not in use
Free Trial Program Conditions:
The Free Trial will initiate with a No Charge Purchase Order from the hospital or surgeon.
The order should include:
Indicate your vest choice of CFA-HD, CFB, CFA, or CFF
Shipping Address, Billing Address,and Contact Information (i.e., name, e-mail address, and phone number of someone directly involved with the Trial who can provide feedback)
Vest size (ideally with the surgeon's height & weight)
We will allow 30 days for the Free Trial of the system. Trial period commences 7 days after shipment.
At the end of the 30 days, Polar will follow-up for feedback. If the hospital keeps the system, Polar will send an invoice based on the original Purchase Order (or a new Purchase Order if preferred). If the system is being returned, Polar will provide a return goods number.
If the hospital, clinic, and/or surgeon have not responded to our communication (phone or e-mail) within 50 days of the shipping date, the trial will be assumed successful and Polar will send an invoice to billing.
