Details: The scarf and bra coolers are so discreet and really helpful, especially with the inserts frozen solid. The torso wrap is a bit bulky, and awkward for sitting, but when temps are really high, who cares, it helps!

Details: The torso wrap helped immensely! I went to my grandson's baseball game and had no trouble climbing a long, steep gravel path after a hour and a half game in 88 humid weather! Have been able to enjoy many summer activities that I couldn''t without the products especially the torso wrap!

Details: Bought to use in Honduras on medical-mission trip in June. It gets hot/humid! Trip is June 12-19. But I tried the product in TN and I''m happy and I know I will be happy in Honduras! I don''t think I''ll have to pour ice water on my head to survive the heat this time. Thank you for this product.

Details: I found the waist band to be comfortable and effective. Really made a difference for me in tolerating this summers heat while outdoors. I did wear a thin cotton tshirt between my skin and the belt. The neck band was nice too...I really like the pattern and coloring if it. When I ordered the Kit I wasn't sure what to think of the bra inserts but, to my surprise they too were comfortable and made a difference. The waist belts gel packs lasted an easy 2 hours and I love the fact that Polar includes an extra set of gel packs for each item....thank you!

Details: I have used the the vest, but on me, a petite it is too big to be a hidden vest, but it keeps me cool. The breast inserts are great and discreet. I can use them for a quick cool on my neck, my back, my wrists. These products are easy to use and are a must for people with MS.

Details: I love this "vest". It cools me perfectly. I worked an outdoor concert in 90 degree heat, and my MS didn't flare up at all. (Without the vest, I wouldn't have lasted those 5 hours.) The neck band is very effective at quickly cooling me down. I purchased it in orange & I love the fabric. The bra coolers are ok.

Details: I ORDERED YOUT SECRETS KIT IN HOPES THAT IT WILL GIVE ME SOME RELIEF FROM THE HEAT. I HAVE MS AND YES I HAVE A SWAMP COOLER IN THE HOUSE BUT I COULD NEVER ENJOY THE OUTDOORS OR BARBEQUE WHEN IT WAS TOO HOT. I HAVE TRIED PORTABLE FANS BUT IT NEVER REALY HELPED, JUST THE SHORT TIME I HAVE USED YOU SECRETS KIT I LOVE IT. IT COOLS MY BODY TEMPERTURE AND IT FEELS GREAT THAT I CAN DO THINGS IN THE HEAT AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY MS ACTING UP. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY THAT HAS MS.

Details: This is a fantastic set for discreetness! The bra inserts work wonderfully and are completely undetectable. The vest is unlike any I have ever worn before, it simply goes around the waist! It has 4 packs to insert, 2 in the front and 2 in the back and velcro together. The packs are inserted into pockets that keep them from slipping around and making you uncomfortable. It is made of soft comfortable material. The scarf I chose was the orange MS scarf. It has 2 inserts for it also that are easily inserted and stay put well and is VERY comfortable to wear, cute accessory, and works well. Overall, I would say this is an EXCELLENT set! This works great for keeping us MSer's cool, or even menopausal women, while being discreet at the same time. You can easily wear these items to work and no one would know!
