How does it work?
- Cooling packs fit into insulated pockets in vests and accessories.
- Packs are reusable and should last for years with proper care and storage.
- To use Kool Max™ Packs: place the packs in the freezer until they are frozen solid.
- To use Cool58™ Packs: place the packs in a bucket of ice water or refrigerator until they are solid white. Ideal for when freezers are not available!
- Keep the alternate set of packs in the freezer or a cooler, ready to use.

- Frozen packs provide constant cooling for up to 4 hours. (Please note: cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.)
- Set of four (4) 6" x 14" Cool58™ Phase Change Cooling Packs
- Can be recharged in a refrigerator or ice water.
- Provide comfortable cooling at a constant 58°F for up to three hours.

- With one (1) 6" diameter round Cool58™ Pack

 Kool Max™ Industrial Vest- Simple and unisex design with a zipper-pull front.
- Size is adjustable with hook and loop closures at the chest, waist, and shoulders for a snug, comfortable and customized fit.
- Packs fit into four insulated pockets inside the vest (two in the front, two in the back.) The pockets have a comfortable all-cotton fabric to protect the skin and an insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body.
- Discreet: can be worn over or beneath clothing.
- Colors: Khaki or Blue
- Sizes: M/L, L/XL, XXL. See size chart below.
Kool Max™ Industrial Packs
- Includes a set of four (4) 6" x 14" packs
- Provide constant cooling for up to 4 hours. (Please note: all cooling times are estimates and will vary depending on climate, body metabolism and activity.)
- Packs are double-bagged for extended cooling and additional insulation.
- Lightweight vest weighs up to 5.5 lbs. Weight may be adjusted by varying the number of cooling packs used.

Cool58™ Phase Change Packs
- Includes a set of four (4) 6" x 14" packs
- Ideal when freezers are not available; can be recharged in a refrigerator or ice water.
- Provide comfortable cooling at a constant 58°F for three hours.
- Packs are reusable, non-toxic and non-flammable.
- Each pack weighs 1.1 lbs. for a total weight of 5 lbs.
