Details: I got this in the tan color. It's easy to wear with any outfit. It kept me cool and stayed cool for over an hour. After that, it was cool, just not frozen. The velcro is a nice change from tying a knot. This wrap is a little larger in width than the others (like the MS Awareness Kool Max Scarf).

Details: wore this neck wrap in NY on some very hot days. It stayed "cold" for about 2 hours and then "cool" for another half hour or so. I went into a restaurant and asked for an ice bucket, so was able to refresh it for another 2 hours. It worked fine and kept me cool

Details: I did not like the neck wrap. I found it to be too large to wrap around my neck for comfort. I would suggest they should come out with a newer version of it that should be smaller.

Details: I bought the neck wrap for my recent trip to Disney World in April. I can honestly say I would have not made it through the trip due to the heat without this device. This device helped me control my illness, which is highly effected by heat. The neck wrap got cold fast and last a long time. I highly recommend it and I know members of my family might buy one just because of how nice it was for keeping cool in general.

Details: I have used this neck wrap a lot this summer, as I have a health condition that causes me to faint in the heat. I've used it in stores or homes that are too warm, outside, and in the car. I carry it in a cooler, along with an extra insert. I bought the khaki color, as it would be most discreet. I bring the wrap with an insert in place, in a tote bag wherever I go. I also put it on when I get into a hot car. I have even used it doubled over, as a cool lumbar support.
