The Cool Flow® Heavy Duty Vest System (CFA) keeps you cool by continuously circulating cool water throughout the vest. Its higher flow rate and thicker walled tubing allow it to endure heavier wear, such as beneath lead aprons or under protective clothing.
Just add water & ice to the cooler and your personal Cool Flow® System is ready to go!
System includes:
- Cool Flow® Heavy Duty Vest (CFA-HD)
- Nine (9) quart cooler with carrying handle
- Nine (9) feet of insulated cool water lines (or five (5) feet if desired) from the cooler to vest
- High flow, dry, quick disconnect couplings
- Hook and loop straps on each side of the cooler keep the water lines in place for easy storage
- Auto-drain accessory allows most of the water to be pumped from the cooler to a sink drain without lifting the cooler. Auto-drain attaches to the inside of the lid when not in use.
- Temperature control
- On and off switch
- AC Power Adapter with grounded cord

Cool Flow® Heavy Duty Vest (CFA-HD)
- Over 50 feet of high flow cooling water lines are located inside the vest for maximum effectiveness.
- This is a unisex design which may be worn under clothing or on top. It can be worn standing or sitting, and with the dry, quick disconnect couplings you have freedom to move as desired.
- Hasadjustable straps for good fit with a clean, neat appearance. Fully adjustable at chest and waist.
- This lightweight vest weighs approximately 32 oz. (2 lbs.) with water in the lines, depending on size.

Warranty: 1 year parts & labor on the cooler system and 6 months parts & labor on vest. Note: For manufacturing defects only. Unit must be sent in for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at Polar’s discretion. Manufacturing defects generally show up in the first 2 to 3 weeks of use.
