Cooling Neck Wrap #KMNC The KMNC cooling neck wrap includes 3 Kool Max segmented cold packs. The segmented packs are inserted into insulated pockets and held in place with hook & loop tabs.  The wrap is held comfortably in place with hook and loop closure.
